I like going here but I always feel pressured to buy more than what I came for. For a customer who buys packages, I don't get anything except what I bought. I'd feelappreciative if I received bonus tanning minutes or lotion for free with the hundreds of dollars I invest in my tans at this location. Other than that, nice staff and clean at times. Like the men and women body sprays in the rooms too.

I burnt terribly in the stand up tanning bed I explained to the woman at the front that i burn easily and i wanted to do only a few minutes but she put in the wrong amount and i was there for 3 more minutes then i should have been! on top of that she was on the telephone the entire time and had a attitude with me. Think twice before going to this place.

  Hi went in to tan for the first time there 2weeks ago. I am very white and told him I have not tanning in over a year. he put me in a terribly HOT bed for 10minutes... it was sooo hot. When I got out I was sweating like mad. As time went on I started burning getting redder and redder. When it was time for bed my husband looked at me and was in shock. I was BEAT RED!!! I WAS BURNING BURNING SORE!!! couldn't sleep with anything on me as I couldn't stand anything touching me. Next day I can barely were clothes and my body is still stinging!!! Husband said I should have gone to the hospital because I looked like I had second degree burns all over my entire body!!! UNBELIVEABLE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND THEIR LUCKY THEY AREN'T BEING SUED RIGHT NOW. I HAVE PICTURES OF MY BURNT BODY!

I went in for a tan Ive been tanning indoors for many years but this was my first time at this tanning salon. When i went into my room the bed had clearly NOT been wiped down or sprayed clean there was sweat on the bed and a dirty towel on the chair, when i told the girl at the desk she gave me two towels one to wipe down the bed on my own and one to use i immediately asked for my money back and left the salon they are clearly not clean and it is a safety hazard i will never return and i do NOT recommend it to anyone.

I've going to this location for over 5 years and I also have met the owners. They are very picky about their staff and the cleanliness of their salon, cleanest place I've ever been to. What beds look like doesn't matter, it's the bulbs that tan you and they manufacture their own. They know what they are talking about, they do a skin analysis, they always make sure you have your own eyewear with you and they always recommend a tan time for you. They will not tan minors because they are very responsible people. My tan has always been the best that it could be and they have their own line of lotions along with others, and the staff is always there to recommend the best one for you depending on your skin type and your present tan colour. I have also asked to see what they clean their beds with because I went to place that used Windex and ended up with a fungus and they use hospital grade sanitizer. Simply put if you don't like the place you just don't appreciate good people and don't take advice very well.

I've been to this tan place about 3 times. On each occasion, it has been clean and the tan has been excellent. I've only, however, been doing spray tan at the lightest level. My own issues would be that the male owner is alittle creepy but he is inappropriate.

Had a spray tan here the other day and must say it turned out amazing. Everybody was very helpful and it's the best price and result I have ever experienced to this date. Cute place, a definite keeper.

I went to use their stand up tanning booth. What struck me strange was that bulbs in the booth had each different color, brand and they all light up differently. As I was tanning bulbs were flickering and then 3 exploded. Because the bulbs were not covered by acrylic, but only metal grid of poor density the broken glass flew into my bare body and cut into my thighs. I started bleeding and I got out. I was in the state of shock. I had to go to the hospital the same night. Next day when I called the owner, he said he is not going to compensate me for the incident at all, and I can’t do anything about it, because I’ve signed a waiver. He was very rude! They make you fill out a form and sign it when you come in first time. Hence in case an incident happens, because their beds are old and second hand, you are liable, and you can’t take legal action. Stay away from this place!!!

I'm a regular at Tan 7 and i love their beds, it gives me an awesome colour and it stays ! Love it !

Worst nail salon ever. I went to Tanning World on McCowan & Lawrence on 26.07.11 to have a nail colour change and a cut down of my gel nails. The receptist and another staff member were outside smoking a cigarette outside the store. As I entered the store the receptionist and staff member came into the store greeted me. The staff member who told me several times that she is not trained on acrylics or gel nails proceeded to cut my nails and take off my nail polish. Not only was she unprofessional swearing several times when she dropped items but she kept telling me that she did not know what she was doing. I feel that salon is full of inexperienced workers and needs to be shut down. I would never go back to to this salon.

So Midnight's sun card where you can load your balance...is no longer accepted...the new manager is rude, unhelpful and not understamding!

I have been a loyal customer to Anna and Tanning Escape in Toronto for close to 9 years. The customer service is second to none and the facilities are kept clean and up to date. Thank you for the wonderful service over the years. I have had no problem recommending you to a number of friends and family members that have all enjoyed the same wonderful service.

I went here for the first time today and had a great experience! I got 3 tans for $3 as a new client, and the girl at the front was really nice and knowledgable!

I bought a package in Brampton on Kennedy Road last summer. I went today and they were closed down. Does anyone know what I can do? Is there a new location?

Didn't know what to expect from airbrush tanning. I truly look amazing it was easy and fast and I look Golden :) airbrush tanning is truly amazing I recommend it to everyone

I really love Bodyrayz!!! The people that work there are sooooo nice and the place is always super clean. The beds are great, I always get a beautiful bronze tan, as when i9 have used other beds in the past I go red and then my tan dissapears the next day! They have a great selection of lotions and I love the fact anything you could need from elastics for your hair, deoderant, hair spray etc... the list goes on, is provided for every customer! I would never tan anywhere else after tanning here!! They still know the meaning of customer service, which I find hard to find these days!!! Love it there, as I said before!!!!!

I absolutely love Koala Tan... the salon is super clean, has friendly staff and only the best tanning products to purchase! Plus, the variety of beds they offer is great! Never ever disappointed!!

This place is the best best best in all of Toronto... the Sunsport bed got me a super dark in like one tan and the place is crazy clean!!! The people who work their totally explained everything to me and know what they are talking about not like other places I have been to!!!! I love it and they have the BEST esthetician... I got a mani, pedi and waxing done all there!!!!!!
